When Jase comes in to the picture it literally turns her world upside down. His family is something she wishes she could be a part of while her family is "prim and proper", mostly, and she always follows the rules. She's from a well to do family and he's from a family of 8 children and a crazy/loud household. Samantha lives next door to Jase for 10 years before they actually have their first encounter with each other on a face-to-face level. FINALLY I loved that this book sucked me in and never wanted me to put it down. Although it did have me teary eye a little bit at one point. I LOVED that this book put a smile on my face and made me laugh almost the entire book. The easy, loving, trusting and patient relationship Jase has with Samanthaħ. Jase and Samantha were very mature 17-year-olds (very refreshing)Ħ.

NO teenage drama with the main charactersģ.
